Who will deliver my order?
Depending on the type of delivery, your order will be fulfilled by either UPS, TNT or DHL.
When your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with delivery information.
When will I receive my order?
We offer a range of delivery options ranging from:
Same Day Delivery, Next Day Delivery and International Shipping
For UK Next Day delivery, orders must be before 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on any given day may get dispatched that day but are more likely to be dispatched the following working day and therefore delivered the day after. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been despatched, you will receive an order despatch email. You can view your tracking details in your order despatch email.
You can view the status of your orders made online on our Order Tracking page.
Orders that are shipped via UPS, TNT or DHL can be tracked via their own tracking apps or sites.
How much is delivery?
Our UK delivery charges are:
- Same Day Delivery - Contact our Sales team for a price
- Next Day Delivery on Standard Orders (UPS Standard) - £15.00
- AM Next Day Delivery on Standard Orders (UPS Express) - £25.00
- Next Day Delivery for High Pressure Pipe (TNT) - £20.00
Our International delivery charges are:
- International Shipping (UPS / DHL) - Contact our Sales team for a price
