The range
Every Tekni Cut machine shares the same cutting technology: a 5-axis head with continuous rotation, a direct-servo high-pressure pump with up to 6,000 bar, fully underwater cutting and one piece of software that takes you from drawing to nesting to cutting. Choose the size that fits your sheets, your floor space and your production plan.

AMC Jets
AMC Jets has supplied, serviced and supported waterjet cutting machines across the UK since the 1990s. We know these machines from the pump seals to the control software.
Techni Waterjet cutting head parts, mixing tubes, orifices, filters and pump parts are on our shelves today, so your machine keeps cutting.
Site survey, delivery, commissioning and operator training are arranged by our own engineers, with service and inspection plans to follow.
We will help you choose the right table size, pump and configuration for the work you actually do, not the biggest machine on the brochure.
Shared technology
The same cutting head, pump technology, software and drive system across the whole range, so the skills and spare parts carry over from one machine to the next.

The 5-axis head with continuous rotation reproduces complex part geometries accurately without repositioning. Patented direct-drive DC servo motors on the tilting and rotating axes give rapid acceleration and positioning to ±0.1°, and the integrated height detector sets a precise stand-off before piercing and can map material flatness to adjust the Z height automatically.

The compact, powerful high-pressure pump delivers up to 7.6 l/min at 6,000 bar with a constant pressure supply. Removing pressure fluctuation improves cut quality, reduces garnet consumption and extends the life of high-pressure components. Direct servo technology replaces hydraulic cylinders with compact servo linear actuators, and built-in diagnostics on the oil, water and air circuits support predictive maintenance.

Drawing, nesting and cutting flow through a single, easy-to-use application. Automatic nesting arranges parts on the sheet to minimise waste, and tools such as drag and drop, part rotation, object editing and cutting-order management let operators refine layouts quickly as production needs change.

Fully underwater cutting keeps noise, splashing and abrasive dispersion to a minimum while improving surface quality. Integrated engraving marks text, logos and detailed graphics without piercing the material, and smart height detection adjusts the Z axis to surface irregularities for uniform depth on any material.

Linear scale feedback gives positional precision of 0.05 mm and repeatability of 0.025 mm. The stainless steel band drive (SSBD) is designed for abrasive waterjet environments, resists wear and reaches speeds of up to 17.5 m/min, with protective bellows for long-term performance.
